In this project we will use Universal POS tags according Universal Dependencies v2 speciffication (see http://universaldependencies.org/u/pos/index.html)
The work aims to annotate Open class words and Closed class words that are divided into these eight categories:
Open class words
Closed class words
- adposition (ADP)
- auxiliary (AUX)
- coordinating conjunction (CCONJ)
- determiner (DET)
- numeral (NUM)
- particle (PART)
- pronoun (PRON)
- subordinating conjunction (SCONJ)
For each language we have created separate document where the annotators will provide examples for each POS category.

- Ethiopian languages:
- Czech
- Norwegian
